Britney’s attorney appeals Jamie Spears to leave as her Conservator!

Britney Spears and her legal team on their part have been doing their best to remove her father, Jamie Spears out of her Conservatorship. Despite their constant efforts, her father is not just yet ready to step down and let his daughter live a free life. Once again, the team of the pop lady has urged Jamie to leave the conservatorship and let things back to be normal for her and him too.

On Monday, Mathew Rosengart, Britney’s attorney filed the latest document on behalf of the singer. Notably, the attorney requested the suspension of her father from this Conservatorship, to the earliest. This document would also aid in getting a response to their moves for removing Jamie as an estate conservator, he has been holding for the past 13 years.

On the other hand, Jamie Speras also made it clear that he would himself get down of this Conservatorship when the time would be perfect. Also, he would be mentioning the same thing on his part.

While speaking to the media of PEOPLE, attorney Mathew said, “Mr. Spears was forced to concede in his Aug. 12, 2021, ‘First Response’ to Britney Spears’s Petition to remove him that he must depart — and his departure is now inexorable. As we wrote in our new filing with the Court, however, the quid pro quopreconditions that Mr. Spears sought in his Aug. 12, 2021, court filing are inappropriate and unacceptable.”

Meanwhile, the singer’s father defended and said that his resignation from the Conservatorship would definitely be a chance of approval to his latest accounting matter which involve about $1.4 million as his fees to the attorney and also the payments from Britney’s  Estate to other parties, like  Tri-Star Sports and other Entertainment Groups.

Further, Mathew Rosengart mentioned, “Britney Spears will not be bullied or extorted by her father. Nor does Mr. Spears have the right to try to hold his daughter hostage by setting the terms of his removal. This is not about him, it is about the best interests of his daughter, which as a matter of law, mandate his removal.”

Britney’s attorney continued and noted, “Even putting aside the legal issues requiring his prompt removal, if he loves his daughter, Mr. Spears should resign now, today, before he is suspended. It would be the correct and decent thing to do.”

Britney, the singer is trapped in the web of this deadly Conservatorship and is fighting to her best to remove her father, Mr. Spears from it. In 2008, the singer suffered badly from her mental health issues which occurred due to this Conservatorship trauma.

However, further, in June, Spears bravely took a stand for herself and spoke about the trauma and breakdown, she is suffering from. She alleged that she can’t get married, cannot drive a car on her own, and also can’t remove her IUD, despite she’s been working constantly in the media.

That time, Spears defended herself and claimed, “I wanted to have the right to sue her family, who she believes took advantage of her situation.” Further, in a hearing done by the court in July, Britney also accused Jamie Spears that he has been controlling her estate, of ‘Abuse.’

As per the document, obtained by the media officials, it states, “There are, in fact, no actual grounds for suspending or removing Mr. Spears as the Conservator of the Estate. And it is highly debatable whether a change in conservator at this time would be in Ms. Spears’ best interests.”

The documents also read, “Mr. Spears is willing to step down when the time is right, but the transition needs to be orderly and include a resolution of matters pending before the Court. In order to reach that result, the Court should encourage all interested parties to meet and confer in order to resolve those pending matters in the best interests of Ms. Spears.”

Significantly, Spears’ father and his attorney also mentioned the mental illness of his daughter in the court document. They have claimed Jamie Spears has helped his singer daughter while she was ‘in crisis and desperately needed someone’s help’ after Britney was ‘suffering mentally and emotionally’ and ‘being manipulated by predators and in financial distress.’

Also, Mr. Jamie has noted that he was there at his daughter’s rescue to protect her.

However, this wasn’t the end, Jamie’s lawyer also responded and slammed his ex-wife, Lynn as she recently filed a petition in the court. In that petition, Lynn noted that her daughter, Britney must be provided the freedom to appoint and opt for the attorney of her own choice. Further, she also stated that the singer is suffering from the ‘fear and issues’ within her.

Significantly, the conservator of Britney Spears, alleged that the estate of the singer to pay for the security following the death threats Britney received amid the media-grown coverage and also demanded security services for 24 hours.

However, Jamie Spears, Britney Spears’s father disagreed and objected to the request of Montgomery for 24/7 live security services, estimated at over $50,000 per month.

Her lawyer also noted that Spears and her loved ones seek and look forward to justice. He said, “We look forward to continuing our vigorous investigation into the conduct of Mr. Spears, and others, over the past 13 years, while he reaped millions of dollars from his daughter’s estate, and I look forward to taking Mr. Spears’ sworn deposition in the near future.

On the other hand, Britney’s mother also reacted via her attorney and replied, “Lynne Spears is pleased Jamie has agreed to step down. Lynne entered into this conservatorship to protect her daughter almost three years ago.”

In order to respond, Jamie’s lawyer slammed his ex-wife, Lynn, as she recently filed a petition in court. In that petition, Lynn noted that her daughter, Britney must be provided the freedom to appoint and opt for the attorney of her own choice. Further, she also stated that the singer is suffering from the ‘fear and issues’ within her.
