The Harsh Reality: MCA Degree, But No Job!
Born on March 26, 1991, in Manbazar, West Bengal, Joydeep Dutta pursued a BCA from Asansol Bidhan Chandra College (2011) and an MCA (2014) with the dream of securing a well-paying job in the IT industry.
However, reality hit hard. Despite his qualifications, over 50 companies rejected him. The biggest hurdle? Most companies demanded a 60% academic record throughout, which he didn’t meet. Even after scoring 90% in Capgemini’s test, his weak communication skills led to rejection.
From Job Seeker to Business Owner
Frustrated with constant failures, Joydeep decided to change his path. He started learning digital marketing, brand management, and IT services. But starting a business wasn’t easy—he faced huge financial setbacks, betrayal from people he trusted, and even had to take loans to pay employees.
When the COVID-19 lockdown hit, his business collapsed, leaving him completely bankrupt. To make matters worse, his personal life took a hit, as even his loved ones left him during his lowest phase.
Turning Pain into Power – The Rise of Affnosys India
Instead of giving up, Joydeep focused on developing high-income skills. He mastered eCommerce strategies, influencer management, and advanced digital marketing.
In 2023, he restarted his company, Affnosys India, in Jamshedpur, and within a short time, turned it into a multi-crore digital enterprise. Today, he works with global clients, top brands, and influencers, providing digital marketing solutions and IT services.
Helping Youth in Rajasthan – Giving Back to Society
Joydeep is now conducting campus recruitment drives in Rajasthan, offering jobs and mentorship to young talent. He strongly believes that degrees alone don’t guarantee success—real-world skills do.
